We ship to all countries across the world except a few where reliable and consistent courier services are not available.

In all International Shipping, the shipping and handling charges are paid for by the Customer while placing the Order.

The International Consignments are also liable for applicable customs duties and taxes as prevalent in the respective destination countries and an additional handling charge by the shipper that facilitates the customs clearance


All customs duties/taxes and handling charges at the destination country are payable entirely by the Customer.


DELIVERY


To ensure safe delivery of all products, we use the best packaging possible. All international orders are shipped by internationally reputed shipping service providers and home delivered.


Delivery times depend on the service type chosen – Express, Economy or Priority. The delivery times are usually between 10 and 15 working days with most deliveries happening within 7 working days and varies with respect to the country to which shipped and the extent of surface movement required.


We shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges for the reshipment and any related costs.


In case the persons at the shipping address at the time of delivery fail to accept the package, for any reason, we will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall we attempt re-shipment of the same order.


Gift Deliveries. For a special or preferred delivery date, the Customer should mention the required delivery date in the gift message box while placing the order. If the order does not contain any special delivery date, the package shall be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.

Customers are requested to provide the full address with pin code / zip code, and we shall not be responsible for any delayed delivery on account of any inaccuracies or incorrect address. Please note that “Billing Address” shall mean the address where a customer receives the credit card bills. Shipping address shall mean the address where the order shall have to be delivered.


In a case of multiple orders, Customer may receive the same separately, depending on product availability and shipping locations. All products shall be shipped from India.


We shall not give any refund, returns, replacement & exchange for the reason of delay caused due to the carrier agency. However, at its sole discretion, we may agree to provide credit which may be used for future orders.


We shall intimate by email, in the case of delay in shipping due to unavailability of stock or due to unusual delay in filling an order.


SHIPMENT TIME


As far as possible, product orders shall be processed within 48-72 hours of the Order being placed with us. Expected shipment time is 10-15 business days. In case the order needs customization, additional days shall be required for delivery.


Customs clearance process usually takes less than a day. However, shipments may sometimes get delayed due to the clearance process at the destination country. Any Customs delay is not factored in the above time estimates.


TRANSIT RISK


All orders sent by us are fully insured at no extra cost to customers. In a case of loss of order while ‘in transit’, we shall re-process the order. However, we shall not be responsible for the loss of packages or any damages to packaging (full or partial), once the same has been delivered by the shipping agency at the address provided by the Customer at the time of placing of order.


TRACKING OF SHIPMENT


We shall provide details of shipment via email/SMS alerts to the customer, once the package is handed across to the shipping agency. The email/SMS alerts shall contain the transport/courier agency’s name along with tracking number. The Customer may use the said details to keep a check on the status of the package.


Please note that tracking numbers for orders shipped may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the websites.


REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF POSTAL ADDRESS

Postal Address as provided by the Customer cannot be changed if the shipment has already left our premises.


DELAYS


Time to ship mentioned on our website is indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.


If for any reason, there is going to be a potential delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail or call.


However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in one or more separate boxes for logistical reasons. In some cases, we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
